You can now make you own VMU HTML files with whatever file name you want on any browser.
To do this, go to http://kefka.hypermart.net/home.cgi?page=dc/vmuhtml/vmuhtml (Dead Link)
Then, you just type your HTML in, enter a file name (12 characters long, keep special characters to a minimum, there is NO error checking).
Once you submit this information, it will give you two links. The first link is the link to download it to your VMU. The second one is the link to load the page and view it. I added that for those who are new to VMU loading thru the x-avefront commands.

SWEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!! it worked perfectly. now PW users like me can finally store our own webpages on our VMU. are you open for suggestions to add a feature? like maybe to load and edit a VMU PAGE? or something like that. but you did a GREAT JOB putting this together. i never thought i would be able to do this on PW……— hrb2k

actually, if u go to that site, u just type in some html to make a webpage. then type in a file name for it then click the button. a page will come up with two links, one to download it to your VMU and save the html webpage u just created, and the 2nd link is to load it from your vmu. it just stores the page u created on your VMU.
although u can try to incorporate an embed line to embed some text on the VMU screen, but you need to make a text file and store it on your webspace. its complicating and i never tried it.— hrb2k
